Bad First Etude House Online Experience

I have recently made a purchase on Etude House because they were having a 20% off sale. They were having a promotion where you will get a free sample kit for buying the Honey Cera products. Sadly, they did not include it in my package ( one of the main reasons why I bought from the website in the first place. Then secondly, the lip tint that I bought leaked all over the place and into the eyeshadows I bought. Uhhhhh I'm so annoyed
